No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving a package with an incorrect item(s).

All sales are final.

Any orders containing damaged items during shipment will need to file all claims directly with the respectable postal service or shipment provider.

How long is the processing time for my order?

All of our products are made-to-order in the order in which it has been received. Once order has been placed, it will take 1-8 business day for processing. We cannot cancel it once it has been placed in our systems. All sales are final.

My shipping address was incorrectly placed, how can I correct my address?

If you happened to submit an incorrect address, we are not liable. Once information has been submitted, your shipping destination is final. We will be unable to reship. Please make sure all address information is type out correctly before submitting an order.

At what times can I expect delays with the shipping of my package?

Shipping delays will be experienced during new product releases, holidays, weekends, and flash sales.
