These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of and access to www.thewaitingroomnhb.com, and its sub-domains, e-mails and affiliated sites, as well as The Waiting Room NHB’s (“House of Hair” “me” or “I”) pages and accounts on Facebook®, Pintrest®, POSHMARK®, Instagram®, Esty®, DailyMotion®, and YouTube® (the “Sites”).
Please read these Terms carefully. Please also review my Privacy Policy, Code Of Conduct, which is incorporated in these Terms. By using any or all of the Sites, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not want to agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Sites. I may modify these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will be effective immediately when I post them. I will take steps to notify users of any modifications; however, you are responsible for reviewing any modified terms. No Illegal Activity:
Do not use The Sites for any illegal activity. You are not allowed to use our Platform to engage in any kind of conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
No Fraud:
Fraud will not be tolerated in any capacity.
No Bad Code:
Do not use the The Sites to transmit, distribute, send, or otherwise expose the Platform or its Users to viruses, worms, or any other code that may be deemed dangerous, harmful, or destructive in any manner.
No Spamming:
You may not use The Sites to engage in any activities that will result in sending spam to anyone on The Sites, including The Sites (and its employees), Creators, and Students, Customers, and Members.
Be Civil:
Not all Content is for everyone. But the one thing we can all agree on is that when we use The Sites, we are going to be civil and respectful at all times.
No Exploitation:
You will not use The Sites to try to gather personal information on anyone outside of the limited permissible uses for offering or accessing Content.
No Impersonation:
You will not impersonate anyone on The Sites, including The Sites (and its employees), Creators, and Students, Customers, or Members.
No Data Mining or Bots:
You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
No Use Other Than Intended:
You may not use The Sites or any Content contained on The Sites for any purposes other than intended.
No Prohibited Content:
You may not use The Sites if Your Content contains material that is libelous, slanderous, pornographic, obscene, unlawful, threatening, hateful, violent, predatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, all of which shall be determined in Our sole discretion.
You may not use or access “The Sites” in a manner that:
harasses, abuses, stalks, threatens, defames, or otherwise infringes or violates the rights (including but not limited to the right of publicity, or other proprietary rights) of any other party, or encourages similar conduct in others;
Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited in these terms;
Uses technology or other means, including “robots,” “spiders,” “crawlers,” “scrapers,” “offline readers,” or other automatic means to access our The Sites, without authorization;
Attempts to damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
Attempts to introduce viruses, or any other computer code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of The Sites, or any computer software, hardware, or telecommunication equipment.
Religious Freedoms
In Our Constitution-The First Amendment, It is stated that we have to right to Freedom Of Religion, which covers our right to freely exercise our religion while operating The Sites, Under this law (The First Amendment):
We have the right to uphold our religious conscience. anything that causes us to violate our religious conscious, which includes but is not limited to:
Idolatry, Witchcraft, Astrology, Tarot card reading, Demonic Rituals, Necromancing, Sorcery, Fortune Telling, Subliminals, Mediums, Spiritists , Charmers, Shapeshifters, Wizards, Warlocks, Enchantments, Occultists, etc
Will grounds of a breach of contract and subject to action as we see appropriate to prevent, end, mitigate the impact of any breach we identify.
Private Content/Materials/Links/Videos:
The Sites will sometimes provide Private access to exclusive content, including but not limited to; private passwords, private links, private documents, private photos, emails, private videos, to those who access The Sites. Under no circumstance may private/password protected materials found throughout The Sites, be shared with anyone besides you (those who access The Sites). Any violation is grounds for immediate termination of access across The Sites, without warning. No refunds will be administered, due to the nature of the products found throughout The Sites.
By logging on to The Sites, You have read, acknowledged and agreed to uphold these conditions. If you are in disagreement with these conditions, Immediately stop using The Sites, No refund will be administered.
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of our acceptable use standards through your use of The Sites, and we may take such action as we deem appropriate to prevent, end, mitigate the impact of any breach we identify.
